Understand the service boundaries before using TurboSMS

This is not a simple popup hint. It is the platform’s formal service statement covering payments, refunds, SMS scope, account limits, and geographic compliance.

Payment takes effect immediately
Each order is charged instantly at purchase and refunds must follow platform rules.
Violations restrict accounts
Refund abuse, illegal use, or blacklist hits may trigger restrictions.
Geographic restrictions apply
Residents of the United States and Russia are not allowed to use this service.

Payments and refunds

Fees, charges, and refund conditions

  • Each product is charged immediately at the moment of purchase.
  • Recharge fees are shown either on the website recharge page or on the payment provider page.
  • If an order is canceled, or in some cases no SMS is received after 5 minutes, the balance may be refunded according to the rules. Abuse of this rule may restrict the account.
  • The platform is not responsible for losses caused by API key misuse or programming mistakes, and such cases are not refundable.

SMS reception and service scope

What the platform provides and what it does not

  • You may receive SMS only for the purchased service. Messages from other services will be rejected.
  • During the order validity period, you can usually receive unlimited SMS for 5 to 30 minutes.
  • The platform provides only virtual numbers and verification codes. It does not guarantee that accounts will never be banned. If a number does not fit your purpose, you may cancel or ban it yourself, but bans are not refundable.

Abuse and account restrictions

Risky behavior can trigger direct restrictions

  • The platform uses a rating system. Heavy abuse of the “refund if no SMS is received” right within the allowed time may cause a 1-hour account restriction.
  • Using the service for illegal purposes or harming the platform or third parties is prohibited.
  • Using the platform for paid subscriptions is prohibited.
  • The platform maintains website/app blacklists, sender-name blacklists, and SMS keyword blacklists.
  • If the platform discovers or receives third-party reports of violations, it may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the service without explanation.

Account management and security

Account lifecycle, credentials, and responsibility

  • Accounts inactive for more than one year may be deleted and balances will not be restored. Transferring balance between accounts is prohibited.
  • Login name, password, API key, and related login methods are treated as the user’s digital signature, and the user is responsible for their secure and correct use.

Important geographic restriction notice

This service is not available to residents of the United States or Russia. By accepting these terms, the user confirms that they are not a citizen or permanent resident of either country and will not access the service from those regions. Violations may result in immediate account blocking without prior notice.
